Episode 504
In this episode of the guided lectio divina podcast, we’re continuing our Lenten series in partnership with Formation Foundations, a guided reflection series for Common House by further exploring the posture of presence. We’re gleaning from the wisdom of Brother Lawrence this week, and today we’re reading a selection from Practicing the Presence of God.
We must know before we can love. In order to know God, we must often think of Him; and when we come to love Him, we shall then also think of Him often, for our heart will be with our treasure.
